During a rapid societal collapse, a wealthy man’s mountain resort is torn between the military constraints of his veteran operator and the rural values of his family. Neal McDonough agreed to take on this project because he loved Angel Studios and was eager to take on a role other than a villain. Following his role as the benefactor in The Shift (2023), McDonough entered into an agreement with Angel Studios to submit some of his projects to the company for optional release if approved by the Angel Guild viewers. This was their first project to be approved for financing and production. Featured in 2023 is Illuminate – Angel Studios (2023)
