Remake of the film “El Agente Topo” (2020)
Narrative
Charles, a pensioner, gets a new chance at life when he responds to an ad for a private detective and becomes a “mole” in a secret investigation at a nursing home. Based on the Chilean documentary “El Agente Topo”.
Before you know it, you’re so into it that you just need to know who did it!
To be honest, I admit that at first glance I wasn’t sure that this series would even remotely interest me, but somehow it attracted me. All the characters are incredibly easy to love, and they are very close to the person in your life.
My favorite quote from the series: “Every great event in your life is perceived as a miracle” It is very poetic, because it affects the thoughts of each of us
It’s also a gentle reminder that we’re all here asking to do the same thing: live and enjoy life, so we might as well do our best to get along and, above all, be kind to each other. I also admit that it was a little strange to watch Ted Danson in this role, especially if you are used to him as the character “Sam” from the TV series “Hurrah”, but from the very beginning “Charles” pulls you along.

A bittersweet but gentle reminder that Father Time loves no one. I hope that you will watch this series and see and feel sympathy for the everyday problems that some members of our society face in our lives.
