Need a lawyer? He runs his law firm out of his Lincoln and is ready to hit the gas.
It has now been picked up by Netflix for a 10-episode first season based on Mickey Haller’s second book, The Brass Verdict
As he navigates Los Angeles, he takes care of cases while juggling a personal life that includes being a father and having two ex-wives. Originally set up with CBS for a series commitment in 2020, it was canceled just before the first episode was filmed due to COVID.

Mickey Haller has several cars, all with personalized California license plates with legal terms. The personalized California license plates allow for a maximum of seven letters/numbers, but all of Mickey’s license plates have at least eight.
I should give it a 7… but it gets a 9 to balance out the people who are just plain wrong
Very bold to have Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as the main character… and that seems to be hard for many to accept… but his gentle approach works and fits in perfectly with LA. It feels like the whole character development was a gamble… one that I think will pay off in the long run.
